"You are and you will always be the most beautiful season of my life" is the perfect French writing on the original antique mirror for this stunning dresser. This is a solid oak, Victorian style dresser with ornate wood carvings around the mirror and frame. The base has been hand painted in a gorgeous shade of soft white with a gray undertone as well as the drawers for a clean, fresh look and feel. The bottom drawer hardware pulls are original to the piece, freshly finished in a new coat of gold. The top knobs are new, but match perfectly with the historic beauty of the piece. The natural wood showing has been completely refinished in a "dark walnut" shade and sealed with polyurethane for durability to last another lifetime. The mirror has a beautiful beveled edge, and does have age spots from the use of 100 years. I have left it up to the buyer if they would like to replace it, but personally I love the originality and historic value it adds. All drawers are dovetailed and functioning. The dresser measures 73" tall, 43" wide, 21" deep.
